Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end architectural design for our AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of large language models (LLMs) and neural networks for enterprise use cases.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Integration: Integrate AI solutions with legacy systems and new cloud-native architectures seamlessly.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with the research department to translate theoretical breakthroughs into practical, deployable software products.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement robust monitoring for AI model accuracy and latency.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading technical roadmaps and making strategic decisions that align with long-term business goals.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex, large-scale system failures.
