Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the architectural vision for our upcoming 2026 product suite. At Chronos Dynamics, we are not just building software; we are architecting the future of human-machine interaction. You will define the core infrastructure for our next-generation Generative AI agents and Spatial Computing ecosystems.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade engineering. You will work alongside world-class researchers and product designers to build systems that are not only scalable but also ethical and intuitive.
Why join us? We offer top-tier equity, a fully remote-first culture, and the opportunity to shape the technological landscape of 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core architecture for our 2026 AI roadmap, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Spatial Computing integration.
- Lead the technical strategy for deploying AI agents across web, mobile, and extended reality (XR) platforms.
- Mentor a team of talented software engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product management to define technical requirements and ensure feasibility of ambitious product goals.
- Optimize AI models for low-latency, high-throughput environments, ensuring real-time responsiveness.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, security, and data privacy.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (5+ years of experience required).
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with a strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Proven experience in designing scalable architectures for Generative AI or Natural Language Processing.
- Familiarity with Spatial Computing technologies (WebXR, ARKit, Unity/Unreal Engine) is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on system design and scalability.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
