Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure aligned with the company's vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Model Optimization: Lead the optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision systems for real-time inference.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with R&D teams to define technical standards for AI safety, bias mitigation, and ethical deployment.
- System Integration: Integrate complex AI models into our existing web and mobile ecosystems using microservices architecture.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Architecture: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and driving technical strategy.
