Responsibilities
- Architect & Lead: Design and oversee the implementation of high-scale AI infrastructure, including LLM orchestration and edge computing solutions.
- Strategy Formulation: Define the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, identifying emerging technologies like Quantum AI integration.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts in model fine-tuning, quantization, and inference optimization to ensure low-latency performance.
- Talent Mentorship: Guide a team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust governance frameworks to ensure data privacy and ethical AI usage.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts for executive leadership and product teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong background in AWS or Azure, with experience deploying serverless architectures.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges in large-scale distributed environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
