Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and advanced AI architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and responsible data governance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
