Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures tailored for 2026-scale data volumes.
- Lead the research and development of novel Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning strategies and agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and legal to ensure AI alignment and safety.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model monitoring, and automated retraining pipelines.
- Conduct technical due diligence on emerging AI technologies to guide strategic decision-making.
- Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tooling.
- Proven experience architecting production-grade LLM applications and vector databases.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI trends, including RAG, Agents, and multimodal models.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
