Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, multi-agent AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and complex task execution.
- Optimize model inference pipelines to ensure high-throughput, low-latency performance in production environments.
- Design robust prompt engineering strategies and fine-tuning workflows for proprietary large language models.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate advanced AI capabilities into user-friendly, high-impact applications.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure safety, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or software engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs and Generative AI applications at scale.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in rapidly evolving tech stacks.
