Job Description
We are building the intelligent future. As we approach the technological horizon of 2026, Nexus Horizon Labs is seeking a visionary Senior Agentic AI Engineer to pioneer the next generation of autonomous systems.
In this role, you won't just write code; you will architect the cognitive frameworks that drive our autonomous agents. You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade software, ensuring our agents can perceive, reason, and act with human-level autonomy to solve complex enterprise challenges.
Responsibilities
- Architect Multi-Agent Systems: Design scalable, distributed architectures for autonomous agents capable of complex, multi-step reasoning and collaboration.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) specifically for agentic behaviors, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.
- Tool Integration: Develop robust frameworks for agents to securely interact with external APIs, databases, and real-world tools autonomously.
- System Safety & Alignment: Implement rigorous guardrails and ethical constraints to ensure agent outputs are safe, reliable, and aligned with business goals.
- Research & Prototyping: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI paradigms, contributing to our roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- Technical Mastery: 5+ years of experience in Python, with deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- AI Expertise: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Frameworks: Proficiency in agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.
- System Design: Ability to design high-availability, fault-tolerant systems handling large-scale data ingestion and real-time processing.
- Education: BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
