Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable multi-agent systems using Python and modern LLM frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen).
- Design robust evaluation frameworks and safety guardrails for autonomous decision-making processes.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for edge deployment.
- Collaborate with product teams to define the roadmap for autonomous customer support agents.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging research in reinforcement learning and human-in-the-loop systems.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, specifically with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of building and deploying production-grade AI applications.
- Deep understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG architectures.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with distributed computing frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
