Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-fidelity 2D graphics, icons, and illustrations for web and mobile applications.
- Create smooth, performant 2D animations using SVG, CSS3, JavaScript, and Canvas APIs.
- Collaborate closely with UX researchers and product managers to refine visual storytelling and user journeys.
- Optimize all graphics and animations for maximum performance and cross-browser compatibility.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s design system and asset library.
- Conduct accessibility audits to ensure all graphics are usable by everyone.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D graphic design and web animation.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
- Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for implementing custom animations.
- Deep understanding of SVG and Canvas optimization techniques.
- Portfolio demonstrating a strong sense of color, typography, and motion design.
- Experience with responsive design principles and mobile-first workflows.
