We are looking for a visionary designer with a passion for motion and visual impact to lead our creative production team. You will be responsible for crafting high-fidelity animations that define our brand identity across web, mobile, and broadcast channels.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical implementation and artistic expression, ensuring our digital products resonate with users on a profound level.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality 2D animations, including character rigging, background design, and motion graphics.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and developers to integrate animations seamlessly into user interfaces.
- Manage the animation pipeline, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
- Utilize industry-standard software (Adobe After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D) to create stunning visual effects.
- Mentor junior designers and provide creative feedback to the broader production team.
- Optimize assets for various platforms and devices to ensure consistent performance.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or character animation.
- A strong, professional portfolio demonstrating advanced skills in 2D software.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Blender or Cinema 4D.
- Deep understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, squash and stretch) and storytelling.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and working in Agile development environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present creative concepts effectively.
