Responsibilities
- Design & Animation: Create high-quality 2D motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital campaigns, social media, and web platforms using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Storytelling: Collaborate with art directors and copywriters to develop creative concepts that align with brand messaging and project goals.
- Asset Management: Manage the asset library, ensuring all files are organized, labeled, and archived according to studio standards.
- Client Collaboration: Present design concepts and motion reels to clients, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs to meet deadlines.
- Motion Strategy: Provide technical expertise and creative direction on motion design trends to enhance the overall user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design, animation, or a related creative field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro). Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating strong typography, timing, rhythm, and narrative structure in motion graphics.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative decisions to non-designers.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
