Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality 2D animations and visual assets for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the UX team to ensure visual consistency across the entire product suite.
- Optimize vector graphics and animation sequences for performance and scalability.
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in motion graphics, UI/UX, and 2D visual design.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D design, animation, or motion graphics.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in vector art, character design, and motion principles.
- Experience with responsive web design and an understanding of cross-platform visual standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
