Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-fidelity 2D animations for web, mobile, and video platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the creative director to translate complex concepts into fluid motion graphics.
- Create storyboards and animatics to visualize the creative vision before production begins.
- Manage the full animation lifecycle, from initial sketches to final renders.
- Optimize assets for various devices and resolutions without compromising quality.
- Stay updated on the latest 2D animation trends and techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (4+ years) as a 2D Animator or Motion Designer.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Cinema 4D.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles, from clean corporate motion to character animation.
- Excellent understanding of timing, spacing, and physics in animation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback gracefully.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field is preferred.
