Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-fidelity 2D animations and interactive prototypes using Figma, After Effects, and HTML5 Canvas.
- Craft intuitive user interfaces and micro-interactions that enhance user experience across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with UX researchers and product managers to translate complex requirements into elegant visual solutions.
- Optimize animation performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility for all 2D assets.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all projects.
- Conduct user testing to validate interaction patterns and iterate on designs based on feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in 2D interaction design, graphic design, or related fields.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator), and GSAP or similar animation libraries.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript basics.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating a strong command of motion design and interaction patterns.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex design concepts to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
