Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality 2D visual assets for digital platforms, including web, mobile, and social media.
- Lead the design process from concept art to final delivery, ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence.
- Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and developers to ensure design integrity across all touchpoints.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a creative growth environment.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, software capabilities, and industry best practices.
- Present design concepts and justify creative decisions to stakeholders and clients.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D graphic design or a related field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of 2D styles, including flat design, illustration, and motion graphics.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
- Experience with brand identity design and typography is highly preferred.
