Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create high-fidelity 2D visual assets, including illustrations, icons, and graphic elements, tailored for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with UX researchers and product managers to translate user requirements into intuitive and visually stunning design solutions.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and scalability of design assets.
- Conduct design critiques and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and creative excellence.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, clearly articulating the rationale behind design decisions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices to keep our creative output cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in 2D design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in illustration, iconography, and UI design.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design ideas to non-design stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
