Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality 2D animations and motion graphics for digital campaigns and social media.
- Collaborate closely with art directors and copywriters to ensure visual consistency and narrative flow.
- Optimize animations for various platforms (web, mobile, interactive displays).
- Manage project timelines and deliver work under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Maintain and expand the company's library of reusable motion assets and templates.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design or animation.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating storytelling through motion.
- Deep understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, squash and stretch) and composition.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present creative concepts to stakeholders.
