Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-fidelity 2D animations for web, mobile applications, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with art directors and copywriters to align visual storytelling with brand identity.
- Utilize advanced rigging techniques in After Effects to create fluid character and object movement.
- Optimize render times and ensure assets are compatible across all target platforms and devices.
- Conduct research on emerging motion trends to keep Apex Digital at the forefront of the industry.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentor junior designers to maintain high creative standards.
Qualifications
- A robust portfolio demonstrating a strong command of 2D animation, motion graphics, and timing.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
- Deep understanding of animation principles, including squash and stretch, anticipation, and follow-through.
- Experience with vector animation tools (e.g., Adobe Animate) and 2D rigging software.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field is preferred.
