Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality 2D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors and developers to ensure seamless integration of animations into the user interface.
- Create storyboards and animatics to visualize project concepts before production.
- Optimize animation assets for performance and scalability across various devices.
- Maintain a consistent visual style that aligns with the company's brand guidelines.
- Provide mentorship and feedback to junior designers to foster a collaborative studio environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or a related creative field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, spacing, and character performance.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of 2D animation styles and techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts effectively.
