Responsibilities
- Design and execute high-quality 2D character animations and dynamic motion graphics.
- Collaborate with the design team to translate concepts into storyboard forms and visual flows.
- Optimize animation assets for performance across various platforms (WebGL, Mobile, Film).
- Maintain a high standard of visual consistency and artistic direction across all project deliverables.
- Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to junior animators and designers.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in 2D animation.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or character animation.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of the 12 principles of animation and timing.
- A diverse portfolio demonstrating a range of animation styles and projects.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
