Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design robust, scalable neural network architectures tailored for high-volume, low-latency environments required in 2026.
- Future-Proofing Code: Write maintainable, efficient, and future-proof code using cutting-edge frameworks and methodologies.
- AI Ethics & Governance: Spearhead initiatives to ensure AI deployment is ethical, transparent, and compliant with global standards.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with quantum computing researchers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate AI into core platforms.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model performance to meet the rigorous demands of enterprise applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Algorithmic Expertise: Deep understanding of deep learning, NLP, and reinforcement learning algorithms.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
