Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including patient check-in/out and appointment scheduling
- Answer multi-line phone systems with professional etiquette and triage calls appropriately
- Maintain accurate patient records and electronic health documentation
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and wait times
- Process insurance verifications and collect payments per established protocols
- Assist with office administrative tasks including filing and correspondence

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or administrative roles
