Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records using our electronic health system
- Handle patient check-in/check-out processes efficiently while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office inventory management
- Coordinate courier services and manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Provide information about medical services and insurance protocols to visitors
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and communication
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in receptionist or customer service role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record systems
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
