- Manage front desk operations including call screening, appointment scheduling, and patient check-in

- Process insurance verifications and collect co-pays efficiently
- Prepare daily reports and manage office supplies inventory

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist or front desk experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems (Epic preferred)
