Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and message handling
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service
- Maintain secure patient records and confidential information handling
- Coordinate complex scheduling and meeting arrangements for executives
- Oversee office supply inventory and vendor relationships
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages with tracking systems
- Support HR functions including onboarding documentation and file maintenance
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in executive/front desk administration
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with healthcare EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
