Responsibilities
- Architect and define the technical roadmap for The 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic business goals.

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for code quality, system reliability, and security across all development teams.
- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Generative AI) and assessing their impact on the product roadmap.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or principal engineering role.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects on time and within budget in a fast-paced environment.
