Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
- Optimize Salesforce performance through code review and debugging
- Configure Salesforce CRM and Sales/Service Cloud modules
- Mentor junior developers during project sprints
- Document technical specifications and deployment processes
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, SOQL, SOSL)
- Expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components and Aura
- Proven track record of API integration (REST/SOAP) and middleware tools
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification required
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening immediately
- Excellent problem-solving skills with rapid onboarding capability
- Local Charlotte candidates preferred for in-person collaboration
