Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for 500+ users across Windows/macOS environments
- Deploy, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues with SLA adherence
- Manage Active Directory, cloud services (Azure/O365), and endpoint security
- Document IT procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during system implementations
- Mentor junior technicians and optimize support workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Expert knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and virtualization (VMware)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) and automation tools
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and ITIL processes
- CCNA/CCNP or relevant network certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving with customer-focused communication
