Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Perform system maintenance, including patching, updates, and security checks.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and ensure optimal performance.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the internal knowledge base.

Qualifications
