Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop.
- Monitor and maintain system uptime for critical infrastructure during night operations.
- Log, track, and manage help desk tickets using industry-standard software (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow).
- Escalate complex hardware and software issues to senior engineering teams promptly.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, patch management, and security updates outside of peak business hours.
- Document all technical procedures and resolutions in the knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or Technical Support.
- Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, and basic networking concepts.
- Experience working in a night shift or 24/7 operational environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) are a plus.
