Responsibilities
- Provide tier-one technical support to internal employees and external clients via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Log all support requests and incidents into the CRM database with high accuracy.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to all company IT security policies.
- Conduct basic hardware installations and software updates as requested.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support roles (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Must be available for a part-time schedule (e.g., 20-25 hours per week).
