Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of local clients to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve complex account issues.
- Document detailed case notes and update client information in our CRM system.
- Identify and report product feedback and market trends to management.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new support staff.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or retail sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable and willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel (if required).
