Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails to assist customers with inquiries and product information.
- Sales Support: Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to drive revenue growth.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
- Problem Solving: Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Training: Complete all required onboarding and ongoing training programs.
Qualifications

- Experience: No prior experience necessary; we provide full training.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Computer: Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
