Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Growth: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Consultative Sales: Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
- CRM Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, sales activities, and client information in our CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the team.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right motivated candidate.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and navigating web-based platforms.
- Self-Motivation: A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Location: Must reside in Houston, TX or North Carolina to be considered for this role.
