Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with accuracy.
- Process sales transactions and maintain the point-of-sale system.
- Assist in inventory management and store organization.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
