As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first line of defense for our clients, ensuring their technical needs are met with precision and empathy.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all support tickets and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex issues and find root causes.
- Conduct training sessions for new software installations and system updates.
- Monitor system performance and report any anomalies to the IT department.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support or customer service role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows operating systems, and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
