Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of cloud-native microservices using AWS and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Drive DevOps initiatives including infrastructure-as-code and automated testing
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology roadmap planning
- Ensure security compliance and scalability of production systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Proven track record of mentoring technical teams
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- CI/CD pipeline implementation experience (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Strong problem-solving skills and system design expertise
