Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, empathetic support to customers via email, phone, and live chat channels.
- Resolve product inquiries and technical issues with speed and accuracy.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system (Salesforce/Zendesk).
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to escalate complex issues.
- Manage a high volume of tickets while maintaining a 98% satisfaction rate.
- Assist in onboarding new team members and training junior staff when needed.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly team meetings to align on goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and basic troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (for occasional in-office meetings).
