Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling opportunities and customer needs.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or support is a plus.
