Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily inbound/outbound customer calls with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing inquiries and service disruptions using CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce database
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed customer satisfaction targets (CSAT >90%)
- Participate in weekly performance improvement sessions
- Adhere to PCI compliance standards for sensitive data handling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in call center environment
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Typing speed ≥40 WPM with 98% accuracy
- Available to work evenings/weekends (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM shifts)
- Bilingual Spanish/English certification required
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
