Responsibilities
- Handle 80-100 inbound calls/day for B2B clients
- Resolve technical issues using CRM software
- Upsell premium services during customer interactions
- Maintain 98% customer satisfaction rate
- Document cases in Salesforce with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with tech team on complex escalations
- Meet daily performance metrics (AHT, FCR)
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Type 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Available for rotating weekends (Sat/Sun)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Must have reliable transportation
- Spanish bilingual a major plus
