Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with a focus on rapid response and resolution.
- Conduct product training sessions for new clients to ensure successful adoption of our platform.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system regarding client interactions and account status.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and collaborate with the product team to drive feature improvements.
- Assist in the development of FAQs and knowledge base articles to reduce support ticket volume.
- Process client onboarding paperwork and ensure compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings as needed.
