Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and live chat to resolve technical inquiries and product questions.
- Onboard new clients to our platform, ensuring they understand key features and workflows.
- Conduct regular check-ins with existing clients to gather feedback and identify upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to report bugs and suggest feature improvements based on user feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issues within the CRM system.
- Assist in creating knowledge base articles and training materials for the support team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support, account management, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and think critically to solve problems.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a part-time capacity.
