Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical support teams for complex cases
- Meet daily performance metrics (CSAT, resolution time)
- Participate in ongoing training sessions

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in typing (40+ WPM) and multitasking
- Available for evening/weekend shifts (20-30 hrs/week)
