Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency while maintaining SLA standards
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex escalations
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for customer satisfaction
- Support sales team with lead qualification and follow-up activities

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
