- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing issues and product concerns efficiently using CRM systems
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate records

- Document all interactions in Salesforce for quality assurance
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions to enhance service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- 6+ months customer service experience in retail, call center, or tech support
