Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 team members during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Optimize warehouse workflows for maximum productivity and safety
- Manage inventory control systems and cycle counts
- Enforce OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Coordinate with day shift leadership for seamless transitions
- Train and mentor new team members
- Resolve operational issues in real-time
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Ability to work overnight shifts with flexible schedule
- Forklift certification (OSHA preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic inventory management knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
