Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 night shift team members, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Oversee inventory control, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment processes
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Address operational issues and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless transitions
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and daily performance reviews
- Maintain accurate documentation of operations and incidents
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations and inventory systems
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
