Responsibilities
- Perform daily receiving, shipping, and inventory operations with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation and labels.
- Assist in stock rotation and inventory audits to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production and fulfillment goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external partners.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred but not mandatory for all roles).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
